What shipping methods are available?

We currently use Canada Post domestic, priority, express and international shipping methods depending your location and the size of the package being shipped.

How long will it take to get my package?

Orders are confirmed within 24-48 hours, as soon as your order is confirmed a tracking number will be generated, and your order will be shipped out with 3-5 business days.

Do you ship internationally?

Royaltea Coffee currently ship to Canada and the United States, please email us at support@royalteacoffee.ca, if you have any further questions.

What are the payment options?

We accept PayPal and all major credit cards including Mastercard, Visa and Debit Visa.

Returns and Refunds

We strive to provide the best customer service possible, but due to the nature of our business, there are some limitations to returns:

What type of products can be returned?

If your shipment was damaged or you received incorrect merchandise, please email support@royalteacoffee.ca as soon as possible and we will resolve the issue promptly.

How long do you have to return the product?

Damaged or incorrectly shipped merchandise must be reported within the first two weeks after taking delivery.

If I don’t like the taste, can I return the product?

If the product has been opened, due to the nature of our business we currently do not accept opened or already used items. We want you to be satisfied with your purchase and want you to let us know if you are having a problem with one of our coffee or teas that you purchased, but we cannot accept returns for reasons outside of a mistake on our part or damage in shipping. If you are not satisfied with any product from Royaltea Coffee, please contact support@royalteacoffee.ca
